Last night in class (my last session! yay!), the teacher return an exercise we had done—we had to edit a bibliography. It was, quite simply, dreadful. Apparently grades were very much across the board, and she kept going on about how some people just aren’t good at bibliographies. I got a C. You know why? Because I didn’t feel like putting the effort into that exercise. It needed a ton of help, and I just didn’t have the motivation to do the work. I’ve encountered some pretty bad bibliographies here at work. And you know what? I fix them. I fix them until they’re done. I just found the course unmotivational. I learned, yes. It was good for me. But I’m so glad I’m done. It’s the first time I’ve been in a class that I just did not care about at all. Yep, I cared about it even less than I did about Poli Sci 101. I mean, that affected my GPA.

Unrelated: Last night on the way home, there was a song on the radio with this lyric: “I’ve got some love and I long to share it.” Yes. It’s from a song by the Honeycombs. I don’t remember what it’s called (I have it written down in my car).

Current song in my head:
“Into the Fire” from The Scarlet Pimpernel
