It's kind of strange to be in the office this close to Christmas. It'll be really strange to be working on Christmas Eve. My folks get in tomorrow. The strangeness of having the family here for Christmas--to celebrate Christmas in my apartment--hasn't completely hit. It'll be neat; just different. And I'm psyched for the nice, long break. Whee!
Saturday night I caught a good chunk of the 1940 Pride and Prejudice starring Laurence Olivier and Greer Garson. It was dreadful--completely mucked up the story. I won't even mention the clothing they wore. Anyway, it makes one appreciate Andrew Davies.
I'm kind of scattered. I know that I have 2½ days of work this week, and I have plenty to occupy that time, but I lack motivation. I'm just happy that I don't have to tutor this week. It's nice knowing that tonight I can just go home. Yay!
