Another nice thing about spending a good chunk of the day away from the office is that I'm, for once, not spoiled for all the Olympics events. I've found out the results of pretty much all the big events before they aired, which has led to me not really watching the Games, and when I do, not getting that into them. And I'm certainly not getting all, "Let's go, Team USA!" I'm getting much more of a kick out of watching stuff like table tennis and women's volleyball (I'm currently watching an equestrian event) than the big stuff like swimming and gymnastics.
I've always liked the Winter Games more than the Summer Games, even enjoying my Winter Games computer game than my Summer Games one. When the Winter Olympics are on, I'm glued to the tv. At the moment...well, I flip over during O's games.
