I've been putting off getting my bangs trimmed for a while (per usual). I finally decided to go today. I had to wait a little bit, but finally was assigned to this guy who's been at the salon as long as I've been going there, but he's never cut my hair. He did a good, quick job, then said it was free! Yay! And I set up an appointment for him to cut my hair. Hey, it needs it.
Then I stopped to get a soda on my way back to work (water isn't the best match for my lunch Hot Pocket) and got Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi. It was fantastic. I'm in love with it.
Anyway, those were kind of nice, particularly after a "I hate the world" type of morning.

I believe you mean "samples" on :o)... and correct me if I'm wrong, but I think she sings it "if I WAS a rich girl," which pisses me off. Damned people and their damned lack of understanding of the conditional. Example: "What if God was one of us?" Now, does Jewel mean to imply that God once was or might have been among us?... i think not. I think she means "What if God WERE one of us?" But, like the rest of the world, she doens't quite get this whole English thing.
At any rate, the Gewn Stefani song is catchy, though... i will give you that.
