The weather was lovely on Saturday, so I headed downtown to check out the exhibit of American Treasures at the Air & Space Museum. It closes in April, and as a docent at the Museum of American History, I thought it'd be a good idea to see it. And while I was down there, why not stop at the National Portrait Gallery and check out the Stephen Colbert portrait?
There was a line and a camera crew. Still, pretty awesome. I was also psyched because the exhibit of WWI posters was still open; I'd thought it closed. All around, yay!
